From the moment the client's goods are handed over to the postal service (carrier), the Contractor's Services are considered to be fully completed.

If there is a delay in the delivery of the parcel, the Contractor submits an application to search for the Client's parcel through the postal service of the country of departure (carrier, courier service). In the event of the occurrence of circumstances stipulated by the insurance contract (for example, damage, loss in transit, shortage), the Contractor files a complaint with the appropriate authority for reimbursement of the insurance amount. After receiving the insurance payment, the Contractor transfers money to the Client's account.

We are very sorry if the purchased product did not suit you or did not meet your

expectations, therefore, from the moment of receiving the order, you have the opportunity

to return or exchange it within 14 days.

How does it work?

1. In the "SUPPORT" section, fill out the return form. Do not forget to include the order

number and the return address.

2. After receiving the return instructions, please repackage the item in the same package it

was sent to you.

3. Send the product to the address provided in the instructions.

4. The money will be returned to your account within 14 days from the moment we receive

the package.

5. From the moment of receiving the order, you have the opportunity to return the product

within 14 days, for this, contact us no later than 14 days after receiving the parcel.

6. Items that cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry,

pet products, cosmetics, accessories (except scarves and bags)

7. Items you want to return must be in unused condition with tags. We do not accept items

that have been washed, damaged, worn or altered in any way.

8. Free gifts are also non-refundable.

9. We do not accept return parcels that have been sent back without prior proper request

for return and exchange.

10. We do not offer a Freight To Collect (FTC) service for parcels that are returned to us. The

return will be made at your expense.

11. Carefully check the product you are sending back. UA NOVA is not responsible for

products that do not belong to our marketplace.

To which address should I return the product?

To return or exchange a product, contact customer service, they will provide you with

detailed instructions and a return address. WARNING! Do not send returns to the address

on the package, this may not be the final address.
